WHY WE DON'T WORK WITH INSURANCE—AND WHY THAT'S A GOOD THING
At Dr. Jeff Caster & Associates, we believe your mental health care should be guided by you and your clinician—not an insurance company. That’s why we’ve chosen to remain out-of-network. This allows us to provide the kind of attentive, personalized care that leads to meaningful, lasting change.
Because we don’t take insurance:
- You stay in control. You and your therapist decide on your treatment goals, pace, and length of care—without outside mandates or limitations.
- Your privacy is protected. Your records stay confidential, and no formal diagnosis is required to receive treatment—meaning it won’t follow you for life.
- Your care is personal, not procedural. We can tailor each session to your needs, without rushing, billing constraints, or standardized treatment codes.
We are committed to helping patients receive the services they need to succeed so if there is anything that we can do to be of further assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask!
